JASPER

Joint Attention, Symbolic Play, Engagement, and Regulation is a play based intervention approach that utilizes the principles of behaviour and development to develop social communication in the individual’s natural environment (JASPER Training, n.d.; Kasari Lab, 2021). Developed by Dr. Connie Kasari, JASPER based interventions have been tested successfully in children with developmental variations aged between 12 months and 8 years (JASPER Training, n.d.).
